Based on an independently produced picture book, I remade the illustrations into a digital version & cut-out animation.

born out of the desire to “enjoy living and creating”.

Up to now, I have been posting a series of semi-fictional picture diaries on the subjects of living, food, loose housework, and child-rearing, reflecting the author’s actual experiences as the characters.
(Now you can read them as “old works” in the “Semi-fictional Picture Diaries and Manga” section.)

I would like to continue the site in a direction like this ↓ from now on.

I am planning and working on a series of creative manga in story form. ⛳️
Set in a future Japan, it depicts a new society where animals (such as Tabin the
cat), spirits, and “yokai—supernatural beings from Japanese folklore—” live together.
The story follows characters, each with their own problems and wishes.
The release of the manga is still some time away, but until then, please enjoy our “Making of” category, where I share the creative process behind the series.
